My Story

Get to Know Me

David Boothe is a Real Estate professional serving clients predominantly in Pierce, King, and Thurston County. David has lived and worked in the region for over 15 years with additional varied business experience including a sole-proprietorship in car rentals, and over twenty years in grocery management, warehousing, and distribution with the Albertsons Companies. David is excited about working with eXp Realty, one of the largest independent real estate brokerage firms in the nation. David is a dependable hard working agent ready to go that extra-mile for you. He believes home ownership is a most rewarding American dream and he is committed to helping you find that property of your own dreams, and will work with other real estate and mortgage professionals to make it a reality for you. David graduated from Lake Washington High School and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before returning to Washington and establishing a career with distinction at the Albertsons Companies. David lives in South Hill with his wife and four kids (two humans and two dogs).
